Calm Waters Counselling Collective (CWCC)is a space to access non-judgmental, inclusive, and supportive, mental healthcare through group counselling and individual counselling. We offer group counselling and individual counselling for adults in British Columbia. We know finding mental health care, resources and treatment can be a complicated and overwhelming process. At CWCC we aim to reduce wait times and minimize barriers. We have heard and see the frustrations of many British Columbians when trying to get help.

While we can’t provide every service or type of care, but the services we offer, Individual and group counselling, we do it promptly, effectively and affordably. If you need a service we don’t offer, let us know and we will do our best to connect you with the right person.

Groups are offered on a rotating basis, in a cohort style model for 6 to 8 weeks. The cohort model is used so that participants have a chance to foster trust and consistency amongst group members. Each week the material covered will build from the week prior and we want you to feel confident going into each group!
