Primary Areas of Practice: Mood dysregulation, developmental & relational trauma, major life transitions, suicide & self-harm, relationship challenges, stress management, grief & loss, and identity development.

Primary Modalities: Trauma-Informed Practice, Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Somatic and Attachment Therapies.

Carli’s therapeutic style is characteristically warm, caring, non-judgmental, and emotionally attuned. Her aim is to provide clients with the safety, stability, and structure needed to explore and identify patterns and challenges that are no longer working and facilitate the process of change.
