We value inclusivity, diversity and providing trauma informed care. All members of our team engage in continuing education and all have completed the San'yas Indigenous Cultural Safety Training Program.

A collective encompasses individuals working as a team towards a goal. As such, we are proud to have counsellors from diverse backgrounds, identities and experiences, and who have different therapeutic approaches.

Therapeutic approaches: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) informed practices, Somatic interventions, Internal family systems, and person centred.
