Group Counselling
Skill Builders
School teaches plenty of math formulas, but not nearly enough about handling your own emotions. We promise- no math! We’re here to help teach skills to help with: concentration & focus, getting started on difficult tasks, building motivation, getting ‘unstuck,’ improving self care and so much more!
If you’re 16–25 and wanting a boost in your wellness skills, join Skill Builders, a 4‑week core guide designed to bridge that gap. You’ll learn more about naming what you’re feeling, talking things out before they escalate, staying focused even when your brain is being chaotic, and building self‑care that’s actually doable.
No boring lectures, no cringe. Just interactive activities, games, and practical skills you’ll still use years from now.
The group is tailored to the goals and needs of the participants. Let us know what’s important to you, and we’ll do our best to include it! Counseling isn’t one size fits all, let us tailor it to your needs.
