The goal of this group is to hold space for shared experiences, process through the thoughts and emotions that come with ADHD as well as learn skills to help you thrive.

Grief and Grace is a healing group centered on navigating the waves of grief that can surface during the holidays. In this group, you’ll find understanding, community, and tools to approach the season with greater self-compassion. We’ll explore how to honour and remember those we’ve lost in ways that feel right and personal to you. Through reflection and shared connection, we’ll seek to find balance between remembrance and renewal.

The holidays can bring joy, connection—and sometimes, stress. Join us for a supportive group workshop focused on setting healthy boundaries and strengthening communication during this busy season. Together, we’ll explore how to ask for what we want and need clearly and kindly, in ways that preserve your relationships and your self-respect. Through discussion, reflection, and practical exercises, you’ll gain tools to navigate family gatherings, social obligations, and personal expectations with greater confidence and calm.

Social Anxiety

This group uses skills from cognitive behaviour therapy to help participants better understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, physiology and behaviours. With increased understanding, comes an increased ability to cope. If you are interested in learning how to identify and challenge anxious thoughts, learn techniques to help regulate the body (heart racing, elephant on your chest), or gain a better overall understanding of anxiety, this might be the group for you! (Maximum 12 participants)

DBT Based Skills

Group starting FALL 2025 *Let’s build the toolbox! Are you ready to learn skills to support with Emotion Regulation, Distress Tolerance, Interpersonal Effectiveness and Mindfulness? DBT based skills group teaches clients some of the fundamental skills from DBT, without the traditional 6 month commitment and financial burden.

DBT has been considered the gold standard to support folks with borderline personality disorder. We welcome folks with or without a diagnosis! We also know that DBT can be helpful for substance use, eating disorders and anxiety.

Facilitators: Samantha & Carli

Duration: 8 weeks. Mondays from 6:15pm-8:15pm

Ages: 19+

Cost: $100 per group. Two sliding scale spots available!

**This is a 8 week DBT based skills group. Participants are billed weekly $100 per week/group. . For Linehan/26 week programs, we are happy to connect you with other programs!
