Summer Counselling Support for Students (Ages 16+)

No Referral Required | Flexible Scheduling | Virtual | Confidential & Non-judgemental |

Summer can be a welcome break from school routines, but it can also mean losing access to important supports that students rely on throughout the academic year. At Calm Waters Counselling Collective, we offer summer counselling services for youth and students aged 16 and older to help bridge the gap between school-based support and the start of the next school year.

Connecting with a counsellor before the school year ends can help create continuity, strengthen coping skills, and provide ongoing support during the summer months.

Areas of Support

Our counsellors work with students experiencing:

  • Anxiety & Social Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Trauma

  • Stress and burnout

  • Emotional regulation challenges

  • Friendship and interpersonal concerns

  • Communication difficulties

  • School, family, and life transitions

  • Self-esteem and confidence concerns

We also have counsellors experienced in supporting neurodivergent youth and young adults, providing affirming and individualized care tailored to each person's unique strengths and needs.

Flexible Summer Scheduling

We understand that summer schedules can vary. Flexible appointment options are available to help students and families access support when it works best for them.

Whether you're looking to maintain momentum from counselling received during the school year or seeking support for new challenges, our team is here to help students build skills, strengthen resilience, and feel supported throughout the summer.
