Unwrap your Peace: Navigating Anxiety & Depression over the Holidays

This holiday season, our group offers a supportive space for individuals navigating anxiety and depression, particularly during the cold and darker months—a time that often brings heightened stress, loneliness, and emotional challenges. Through evidence-based cognitive behavioural techniques, participants will learn practical tools to identify and reframe unhelpful thought patterns, manage overwhelming emotions, and build healthier coping strategies. The group will focus on fostering connection, resilience, and emotional regulation to help folks feel more grounded and in control during this often difficult time of year.

Group is facilitated by a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and/or a Registered Social Workers (RSW).

Time/Date: Tuesday evening, 7pm-8:30pm (90mins)- 4 weeks, starting Tuesday, November 18th.

Maximum Participants: 10

Age: 18+

Cost: $75/group session.
