Anxiety

This group uses skills from cognitive behaviour therapy to help participants better understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, physiology and behaviours. With increased understanding, comes an increased ability to cope. If you are interested in learning how to identify and challenge anxious thoughts, learn techniques to help regulate the body (heart racing, elephant on your chest), or gain a better overall understanding of anxiety, this might be the group for you!
